PRO-FLEX™ Gabions are double twisted wire baskets MADE IN AMERICA and manufactured in accordance to ASTM A975-97 guidelines. They are a flexible but strong structure that can withstand flooding and impact . They come from the factory pre-assembled including tie wire ready to erect and fill with rocks.

PRO-FLEX™ “RENO” GABION MATTRESSES
PRO-FLEX™ “Reno” Gabion Mattresses are low profile mattress shaped wire mesh containers constructed of double twisted woven galvanized steel wire mesh and manufactured to ASTM A975-97 standards. The compartments or cells of the reno mattress are of equal size and dimension and are formed by internal diaphragms being placed within the basket providing even distribution of the stone fill throughout the mattress even after structural movement. Even distribution of the stone fill ensures that the
Reno Mattress maintains intimate contact with the foundation soil.

PRO-TEC™ WELDED WIRE GABIONS
Shown here is a typical 6′ x 3′ x 3′ PRO-TEC™ Welded wire gabion with 3″ x 3″ square openings. Gabions come standard in 11 ga or 9 ga galvanized or galvanized & PVC coated wire mesh. Gabions are pre-assembled with wire panels joined together in the factory, stacked flat for shipping, and delivered ready to erect, install and fill with rocks.
Included is all assembly components: helical spirals to mend panel seams, corner stiffener rods plus tie wire to reinforce basket cells and prevent bulging
We also offer Stainless Steel and Galfan Gabions + extra heavy 6 ga wire + smaller mesh openings

11 GA GALVANIZED STEEL WIRE GABIONS
- Diameter of mesh wire: 0.120 Inches
- Diameter of selvedge wire: 0.153 inches
- Diameter of lacing wire: 0.091 inches
- Coating of wire: finish 5 class 3 zinc coating – ASTM A-641 tested m accordance with ASTM A370-92.
- Tensile of wire: soft temper in accordance with ASTM A641-92
- Weight of zinc coating of wire: shall be determined by ASTM A-90 wire diameter of 0.120 inches shall have a weight of zinc coating of: 0.85 oz/sf
- Wire diameter of 0.153 inches shall have a weight of zinc coating of: 0.90 oz/sf
- Wire diameter of 0.091 inches shall have a weight of zinc coating of: ORO oz/sf
- Grade of zinc coating of wire: high grade or special high grade in accordance with ASTM B-6, Table 1
- Uniformity of coating: shall be determined by ASTM A-239
- Elongation: not less than 12% in accordance with ASTM A370-92.

- Diameter of selvedge core wire plus PVC coating: 0.173 inches
- Diameter of lacing core wire: 0.091 inches

Our Model KC1511 is a heavy duty commercial grade tool designed to firmly close hi-tensile steel and stainless steel hog rings.
This is a manually operated tool and commonly used to dispense and firmly close hog rings in remote locations not accessible to an air compressor.
The tool is designed for long service life and easy maintenance.
